INGREDIENTS:
- 180ML OF STORIA NO ADDED SUGAR BANANA SHAKE
- 2 FROZEN BANANAS
- 1⁄4 CUP OATS
- 1 TABLESPOONSPEANUTBUTTER
- 1 TABLESPOON OF OFCOCOA POWDER
- 1⁄4 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT
- OPTIONAL
- FRESH BANANA SLICES
- CHOPPED DARK CHOCOLATE
- TOASTED NUTS
- DRIZZLE OF HONEY
METHOD:
- IN A BLENDER ADD BANANAS, OATS, PEANUT BUTTER, COCOA POWDER AND QUARTER TEASPOON OF VANILLA ESSENCE. MIX IT UNTIL A PURE SMOOTH CONSISTENCY.
