THIS SMOOTHIE RECIPE IS PACKED WITH PROTEIN, FIBRE, UNSATURATED FATS, AND ESSENTIAL VITAMINS AND MINERALS. ONLY A NUT WON'T START HIS DAY WITH THE  ULTIMATE BANANA  NUT SMOOTHIE BOWL.

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 180ML OF STORIA  NO ADDED SUGAR BANANA SHAKE
  2. 2 FROZEN BANANAS
  3. 1⁄4 CUP OATS
  4. 1 TABLESPOONSPEANUTBUTTER
  5. 1 TABLESPOON OF OFCOCOA POWDER
  6. 1⁄4 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT
  7. OPTIONAL
  • FRESH BANANA SLICES
  • CHOPPED DARK CHOCOLATE
  • TOASTED NUTS
  • DRIZZLE OF HONEY

METHOD:

  • IN A BLENDER ADD BANANAS, OATS, PEANUT BUTTER, COCOA POWDER AND QUARTER TEASPOON OF VANILLA ESSENCE. MIX IT UNTIL A PURE SMOOTH CONSISTENCY.
  • ADD IT TO A BOWL AND TOP IT WITH SOME BANANAS, CHOPPED DARK CHOCOLATE, TOASTED NUTS ANDA DRIZZLE OF HONEY. AND ENJOY YOUR FLAVOURSOME SMOOTHIE!
